WHAT YOU SHOULD SEE AND EXPECT FROM ADOLESCE:
By taking two Adolesce pills a day we have seen, and you should expect to see, new body hair with its youthful coloring, regenerated with one to two months. We have seen and you should expect to see skin health improvement; fingernail and toenail regeneration leading to increased thickness but perhaps a greater tendency to break; rejuvenation of saliva glands and alleviation of dry mouth that was caused by aging. You should expect rejuvenation of tear glands and alleviation of aging-caused dry eyes. We have seen and you should expect to see retraction of intestine protruding from anus, most likely caused by the regeneration of adult muscle stem cells in the intestine walls and the resulting new intestine walls being stronger and smoother. Some users have experienced decrease of erectile dysfunction.
We have concluded, and you should expect to conclude, from what you observe: Larger volume and strength of the urine stream: implying regeneration of adult stem cells and new muscle cells in the walls of the bladder - percentage unknown, assuming ~10% or less of new muscle from new bladder muscle wall stem cells. The same percentages should apply to intestines.
Smoother, longer, tapered cylinders of feces: implying better digestion, smoother walls of the large intestine with new muscle cells in the walls of the Large intestine and a more uniform coefficient of friction along the length of the large intestine.
The return of "anal prolapse" tissue back into the anus: again, implying a percentage of new muscle cells in the walls of the large intestine coming from new wall muscle stem cells.
Clear nasal mucus flows occasionally in the morning: this is probably an indirect sign of new neurons being made and the waste product of the biochemical pathways that lead to generating or regenerating neural stem cells that then result in new nerve tissue cells. The waste fluid is then sent down the "waste route of mucus flow" through the nose. This stops in a few weeks after i begins.
You can expect feeling better, which is historically unreliable as a source of evidence: such as waking up refreshed, wanting to exercise and use your body, "feeling good", "feeling younger", frequently 'feeling hungry'. Muscle mass not withering away, but arms and legs feeling strong and nimble.
You should expect your degrading cognitive abilities firming up: their degrading is either slowed or stopped. You wake up with a "to do list" in your awareness. Memories are being recorded when previously many, if not all, new memories were not getting firm recording, making recall totally impossible. Adolesce appears to assist in more recallable new memories. Is Adolesce stimulating new neural stem cells resulting in new neurons to accept and record new phenomena? We think so; but we keep a skeptical attitude until all the research is over, published and critiqued.
Health, better health, is the direct observable of taking Adolesce. The initial signs, like new body hair and more elastic and firmer skin take about a month or two to start showing. The Urine flow increase and strength comes a few weeks later. The saliva and tear gland regeneration show about the two months usage period.The good digestion evidence comes in about two months, the large intestine improvements show up after three or four months.
The unanswered: What other tissues are renewing from Adult Stem Cell Regeneration that will be found in the labs and research facilities ? Are there new heart muscle cells being generated from newly regenerated heart stem cells? Are there new lung, liver and kidney cells being generated? Are we on the edge of being able to find a sustainable homeostasis of our organs which will lead to healthier and longer lives? Adult Stem Cell Regeneration (ASCR) Hypothesis
There may be a need to change the “growth” paradigm of biology. Cell division is described as mitosis and meiosis, (Watson p. 5, 6; Sadava p. 208 et. seg.; Campbell, p. 217) Mitosis is a process of the cell duplicating all its internal structure and content and then wrapping the cell wall around the internally separated cell structures and finally dividing them completely, resulting in two nearly identical cells. Where there had been one there are now two, working, functioning, growing alive cells. Meiosis is the process of making a cell with only one set of chromosomes instead of the normal two sets created in mitosis. This occurs when sexual reproduction is the reproductive norm of given organism. Prior to mating, the germ cells of the life forms are prepared for sexual joining and fertilization by the meiosis process and each germ cell carries one set of chromosomes which combine together making the double set of chromosomes for the inherited DNA of the particular species..
Simple observation of the growth of many celled plants and animals shows that there are more than two types of cells generated in the life of such life forms. Mitosis can only result in identical single celled creatures. Multi-celled creatures must have a different process. Biology has shown the process by which the wide variety of body cells are grown is stem cell production of a new stem cell and a new 'tissue cell', frequently called a 'daughter cell', Watson, p 763; Sadava, 408. The division of a stem cell is not mitotic, it does not produce two identical cells, it produces one cell that is closely identical to the initial stem cell and one that is a tissue cell often much different than the original stem cell.
This is important because the replacement of dead, dying, or senescent cells with fresh newly born ones adds health, and probably years, to all and any tissues. It appears that senescent or damaged adult stem cells are a starting point for tissue failure and then organ degradation with death as the last consequence.
The reaction to these facts appears simple: regenerate the adult stem cells by stimulating their niches, that is, mTorc, wnt, lgr5 and other stem cells in the various niches, and their mechanistic pathways so that a youthful percentage of tissue cells result and the organ homeostasis is maintained day after day, month after month and year after year.
Pterostilbene probably acts as a regeneration signal to mtor in the niche (1) by blocking the mtor signal that turns off, or down, the mtor signal repressing wnt signaling. Wnt then signals LGR5 or other stem cells to start or awaken their cell cycles which results in new, or regenerated, stem cells and new tissue cells. This wnt signal is heavily dependent on a high concentration of Cysteine. But they are only signals. The signal needs to find cells with energy and enzymes and co-enzymes, such as vitamins, ready to take part in the making of new protein and ultimately new cells with new mitochondria, generating the ATP chemical energy, aided by the NAD+ precursors of nicotinamide roboside which Adolesce presents along with pterostelbene that interferes with mtor dampening of wnt action. Adolesce presents the niche with Cysteine, via N-Acetylcysteine, B vitamins necessary to support the makin of new protein resulting in either two stem cells from the one regenerated stem cell, or a new stem cell and a new tissue cell depending on which path the regenerated stem cell takes.
